NHS breast screening (mammogram) checks use X-rays to look for cancers that are too small to see or feel.

The North London Breast Screening Service aims to ensure that nation initiatives and targets are met.

Ladies who have missed their appointment can contact the unit on 020 3758 2024 to reschedule an appointment. We also advise that this also applies for ladies age 70 upwards who will need to request their mammogram themselves by contacting the unit.

A team of district nurses is available to provide continuing care once you leave hospital. A home service is available for those who are housebound.

We have a team of Social Prescribers attached to the surgery. Social Prescribers are non-medical professionals trained to listen and provide short-term support to adults (18+).
