Switching to Accurx for Online Consultations
We are excited to inform you that starting Monday, 01.07.2024, we will be transitioning from our current online consultation provider, PATCHS, to Accurx.
Why the Change?
We’ve listened to your valuable feedback requesting a simpler and easier-to-use platform for submitting new requests. Accurx offers an intuitive interface designed to make your experience smoother and faster. This new system will also allow our staff to answer your queries more efficiently.
What Does This Mean for You?
- Quick and Easy Submission: The new system requires only a few quick questions to be answered.
- No Account Registration Required: You can submit new requests without needing to register an account.
- Sign In for Convenience: If you have an existing NHS App account, you can sign in to avoid entering your details each time you submit a request.
- Accessing the Platform: To make a request, simply click on the “Contact Us” banner on the website homepage or click ‘Contact Us Online’ in the Contact Us section.
