We offer a range of same day and pre-bookable appointments, both telephone and face to face.

We have a text messaging service to remind of your appointment. Please ensure we have the correct mobile telephone number in your records.
Each appointment is only 10 minutes long. We cannot see more than one patient per appointment. Let us know if more than one person in the family needs to be seen and we will make them an individual appointment.
If you are late for your appointment the doctor or nurse has the right to refuse to see you and will ask that you make another appointment.
If you need to cancel an appointment, whether it is in normal or extended hours, please try to give 24 hours notice so that we may offer it to someone else who needs it.

If you are unwell and the surgery is closed the following services are available.
Mondays to Fridays between 1pm and 2pm, for urgent medical assistance which may require an ambulance please dial 999, for other medical assistance that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens at 2pm, please call the surgery on 020 8952 1202, your call will be transferred to the lunch time cover receptionist.
Monday to Fridays from 6:30pm to 8pm and during Weekends and Bank Holidays from 8am to 8pm contact the GP evening and weekend service (run by Barnet Federated GP’s Ltd) on 020 3948 6809
For medical attention outside of these times please contact NHS111, call 111 from any phone.

Please come to the surgery if at all possible as the facilities here are far better for examination. Additionally the doctors can typically see four patients at the surgery in the time it takes to do one home visit. The doctor can visit you at home if your condition warrants it. Please make your request as early as possible before 10am. Please give the receptionist a brief outline of the problem to enable to doctor to prioritise the calls. The doctor will call you back.
