Changes to our Appointment System following Coronavirus

Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak we have changed the way we are providing care to our patients. In order to protect people we need to minimise the number of patients coming in through the practice. We will be offering telephone appointments, video appointments and still have some face to face appointments but only for people who have spoken with a nurse or Doctor first. We are trying to work with technology to make this better for everybody; this will mean moving as many prescriptions as possible to electronic prescribing and posting out medical certificates.

We understand that many people will be very worried and affected by this and we want to reassure you that we are working hard behind the scenes to deliver a safe service. We will be updating the website regularly with sources of information that we think will be helpful.
