Comments, Suggestions & Complaints

If we get something wrong then we need to know about it. You can make a complaint orally or in writing. If orally then a staff member will take all the details of the complaint and pass this to the Practice Manager. If in writing you will receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days and an estimation of the timescale for a full response.
